Clinical Dietitians

Food is an important part of health and wellness. The menus at Middlechurch Home are based on Canada’s Food Guide to Health Living. Menu selections are determined by diet order, food allergies, and food preferences.

After your admission to Middlechurch Home, a clinical dietitian will complete an initial nutritional assessment, recommend an appropriate diet and will also provide follow-up thereafter.
