B1- An respiratory outbreak has been declared at Middlechurch PCH- B1 today March 26, 2025- This outbreak continues to be monitored.

-General visitors are not allowed during an outbreak, except for End-of-Life situations.

-Designated Caregiver (DC) visits should continue.

-Large group activities are suspended; instead, small group activities for those who are well and 1:1 activities for symptomatic and recovering individuals.

West 2 Outbreak-The respiratory outbreak is declared over today April 15, 2025 as the resolution criteria was met, with no new cases of Common cold (unknown pathogen) at Middlechurch PCH – WEST 2. 

On April 15th, Resident Council held their first staff appreciation event. Our amazing staff were treated to coffee and donuts on all 3 shifts. Our resident council members enjoyed handing out treats and and thanking the staff for all their hard work! Great Job everyone!
